I’ve been looking to relocate to Seattle for some time now… it was just a matter of finding the right place, the right price, and making it all fit together. Thanks to my friend, colleague and new roommate Derek, it happened in one fell swoop just after the holiday. We’re now the proud owners of a spacious condo on the east side of Lake Union in downtown Seattle.
Uprooting from Bellingham, where I’ve lived for the past 6 years, was easier than I thought. While Bellingham is a wonderful and relaxing place, at it’s heart it is a college town and retirement community. It doesn’t support the busy schedule of a young professional or the lifestyle of a budding tech company. I’ll miss it immensely, but am excited about the opportunities presented by living in one of the top 10 cities for young tech entrepreneurs.
Thank you to friends and family for making this move a reality. Without your support this wouldn’t be possible. And thank you to all my new friends and supporters here in the Seattle area. I’m looking forward to creating new and lasting relationships with each and every one of you.
